Udumbanchola Taluk is a large and hilly administrative region in the Idukki district of Kerala, with Nedumkandam as its headquarters. The taluk comprises 21 villages, including Anakkara, Chinnakanal, Rajakkad, Santhanpara, Udumbanchola, Pampadumpara, and Vattavada. It is known for its extensive cardamom and tea plantations, cool climate, and proximity to popular hill stations like Munnar.
