Kanjirappally Taluk is a high-range administrative region in the eastern part of Kottayam district, Kerala, with Kanjirappally town as its headquarters. The taluk comprises 14 villages, including Anikad, Erumeli North, Erumeli South, Kanjirappally, Koovappally, Manimala, Mundakayam, Parathodu, and Vellavoor. Known for its hilly terrain, rubber cultivation, and as a gateway to the Western Ghats and Sabarimala pilgrimage route, the region has both agricultural and ecological significance.
