Kerala State Youth Welfare Board is an autonomous body registered under the Charitable Societies Act, 1955, vide Government Order No. (M.S.) No. 126/85/P.V.V. dated 18-06-1985. As per the Memorandum of Association of Kerala State Youth Welfare Board, its objective is to plan and implement schemes and programmes conducive to the welfare and development of the youth in general and the physical, cultural, literary, scientific and professional development of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe youth.
