Thiruvananthapuram Municipal Corporation is the oldest and biggest city corporation in Kerala. It manages the city of Thiruvananthapuram, the capital of Kerala. The city is spread over 214.86 square kilometers, has 100 wards, and is home to 9,57,730 people. The corporation includes areas from the Legislative Assembly constituencies of Thiruvananthapuram, Vattiyoorkavu, Nemom, Kazhakkoottam, and five wards from the Kovalam constituency.
