Cherthala Taluk is a prominent administrative region in Alappuzha district, Kerala, with Cherthala town as its headquarters. The taluk comprises 21 villages, including Arookutty, Arthunkal, Aroor, Ezhupunna, Kadakkarappally, Kanjikuzhy, Kokkothamangalam, Mararikulam North and South, Pallippuram, Panavally, Pattanakkad, Thanneermukkom, and Thuravoor.
