Nedumangad is one of the 140 State Legislative Assembly constituencies in Kerala. It is also one of the 7 Assembly segments included in the Attingal Lok Sabha constituency. The current MLA is G. R. Anil of CPI. He is the Minister for Food and Civil Supplies.
